We developed and designed the official LINE and Instagram sites with the aim of smoothly linking the website with the visitor's understanding of the information, from the appeal of the experience image to inquiries and reservations.
On Instagram, information such as fishing results, plan contents, boats and facilities, beginner support, and reservation information is organized with highlights, so that even first-time visitors can intuitively determine if the experience is right for them.
In addition, we designed the pinned posts to act as the first view of the website, providing a conduit that conveys the service content and appeal of the account at a glance when visiting the account.
The official LINE is designed around a lead-in line that allows users to complete reservations and consultations via chat. The rich menu is narrowed down to four items: "Reservation/Consultation," "Home Page," "Q&A," and "Access," and is structured to allow users to choose their next action without hesitation.
We were also conscious of reducing the burden on both users and operators, as reservations proceed on a conversational basis, without the use of forms.
The flow of the website, Instagram, and official LINE is designed so that users can move back and forth between the website, Instagram, and official LINE to check information before use, make inquiries, and make reservations without hesitation.
As a whole, we built an SNS/LINE specialized for recreational fishing boat service, considering customer attraction, anxiety relief, and reservation leads as a single unit.
