On the top page, we have organized the business content related to land utilization and rental condominium management, centered on the "Grande Court" rental condominium developed by SRT Corporation, in a way that is easy to understand for first-time visitors.
The priority order of information is arranged so that the features of the business and the content of consultation services can be understood at a glance, and a structure that naturally conveys a sense of trust and security has been adopted. A video is also placed on the top page to naturally convey the warmth of life and a sense of security.
The business description page includes information on the K-frame structure (heavy steel frame) introduced as a feature of Grande Court, as well as the process from consultation to planning, construction, and rental management support for owners who are considering land utilization.
We were conscious of the lead line that conveys the kind of value the company provides, while taking care not to make the content too specialized.
The company profile page includes the corporate philosophy, action guidelines, greeting from the representative, and company profile to visualize the company's stance and thoughts on its business.
